2. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and the content of any message you send us. Payment card details are collected directly by our payment providers and are never stored by Lumayard.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Information from third parties: fraud-screening results from our payment providers and delivery status from carriers.

4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to run the Site and fulfil your order: Shopify (store platform and checkout), our payment provider (PayPal), shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, USPS) and our fulfilment partners, order-tracking software (ParcelPanel), email service providers, analytics and advertising partners (such as Google) where you have consented, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Each provider may only use your data to provide its service to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and some of our service providers process data in other countries. Where personal information of residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those regions, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, and our providers apply equivalent safeguards.
6. How long we keep information
Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Customer service messages are kept for 2 years after the last contact. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or after 2 years of inactivity. Analytics cookie data is kept for no more than 14 months. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@lumayard.com; we respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
EEA and UK residents: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and share, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We use essential cookies to run the Site and checkout, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies. The Site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by PCI DSS certified providers. We restrict access to personal information to staff and providers who need it, and we review our safeguards regularly. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as the law requires.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
