Delivery How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of being placed. That covers 1–3 business days to check, pack and dispatch your order, then 6–12 business days in transit. Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday; orders placed after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a public holiday start processing the next business day. Shipping is free on every US order, and a tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel is dispatched.

Returns What if it isn't right for my space?

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, for any reason. Email us first — we reply within 24 hours on business days with a return authorisation number and instructions — then ship the item back within 14 days of receiving them. Items need to be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all parts included. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, in which case we cover it. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds When does the money come back?

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we confirm by email and refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Tracking Where is my order right now?

Every order ships tracked. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your details on our Track Your Order page at any time. Carriers can take up to 48 hours to register the first scan, so an empty tracking page straight after dispatch is normal.

Payment Which payment methods can I use?

We take Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay and Shop Pay . Which ones you see at checkout depends on your device and region — Apple Pay only shows on Apple hardware, for instance — so whatever appears at checkout is what we can take. The same icons appear in the footer of every page and under the Add to Cart button. All prices are in US dollars, payments run over an encrypted connection, and we never store card details.
